You Must Submit a Conflict Calendar by Call-back Auditions

Each person who auditions must indicate any conflicts they may have with the rehearsal schedule BEFORE CASTING is completed. The Director will take into account how many rehearsals you can attend during casting. This helps us make sure you have time to handle the role you are offered.
Check your schedules ahead of time and be honest! "Not knowing" about obvious and foreknown conflicts and notifying us later in the production is not acceptable.
All Tech/Dress rehearsals and all performances are MANDATORY so you should have no conflicts with these dates.
Plan ahead and talk to your family about clearing some things off of the schedule. This is a large commitment for your whole family, but the personal and eternal pay-offs are IMMENSE. You'll all be joining the HAP's theatre "family" for a few months and will reap the rewards of participating in the art of quality theatre, immersion in classic literature, the study of Biblical themes, hard work, prayer support and wholesome friendships. Let's all commit to do our best for a rewarding production all the way around. You'll be glad you gave it your all.
